Every call into the call & information center is answered by one of CTE’s expert mechanics. An estimated 50% of all inbound service calls are resolved by the end of the call. If necessary, you will be connected to the closest service manager, who can either resolve your issue at the closest full-service facility, or dispatch a mobile tech to your location. Throughout all steps of the process, progress is monitored by the call & information center, to ensure that the equipment, and your workers, are back up and running on your jobsite as quickly as possible.
